1. Information We Collect

1-1. Information collected by the App

The App collects only the following minimal information:

• App settings and preset data (synced via iCloud Drive)
• Crash reports (using Apple's standard crash reporting feature)

1-2. Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect:

• Personally identifiable information such as name, address, or phone number
• Location data
• Microphone or camera access
• Device data such as contacts or calendar
• Data for third-party behavioral targeting advertising

2. Handling of iCloud Data

Preset data is synced across devices through Apple's iCloud Drive. This data is stored in Apple's iCloud service and managed under Apple's Privacy Policy.

The App's developer cannot directly access users' preset data stored in iCloud.

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

When the App uses in-app purchase features, all purchase processing is handled through Apple's App Store. Payment information such as credit card numbers is not handled by this App. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

The App does not provide, sell, or rent user data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• When required to disclose by law
• When the user has given consent

5. Security

The App uses Apple's platform security features. Operating in a sandboxed environment restricts data sharing between apps.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 is using the App, we will promptly take appropriate action.

7. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through app updates. The last updated date is listed at the top of this page.
